Rotary Futures approves Venice High School students’ request for the organization receiving the service. Each Sarasota County high school has a High School Community Service Manager. Contact your high school for their contact information, or Click Here.
Print out the Log Sheets from the High School Community Service Program and record your volunteer hours.
Venice High School Students
- After you have recorded at least 75 hours of service, turn in your log sheets to the Rotary Futures College Resource Center for official documentation.

Why Volunteer?
Many scholarships, colleges, clubs and honor societies require students to keep track of their volunteer hours. Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program requires 75-100 hours of volunteering, depending on the scholarship level along with other requirements. At Venice High School, National Honor Society membership requires 100 hours of volunteer service to be completed prior to applying for membership fall of Junior year.
